Guide M.Sc. Nursing students in dissertations, research projects, and academic activities.
Conduct student assessments, examinations, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain academic records, attendance, clinical documentation, and other departmental reports.
Participate in curriculum planning, academic meetings, workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs.
Mentor students and support their academic and professional development.
Promote evidence-based nursing practice, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and applicable nursing education standards.
Collaborate with clinical departments and healthcare institutions for effective clinical training.
Job Summary
Requirements & Qualifications
M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the State Nursing Council (WBNC).
1-2 years teaching/clinical experience preferred.
Strong communication, teaching, mentoring, and clinical skills.
